Tim Hortons - Toronto, Ontario

Ordered a large drink before I rushed to the subway. It seems their large cup is only filled halfway. I hope the staff gets more pay then by doing this.

Most inefficient Tim Hortons I’ve been to in 8 years. They took 15mins for a coffee and sandwich, they forgot my coffee and didn’t make it until I asked for it, they forgot the sausage in my sandwhich and extra bacon! This branch should be ashamed! I paid $12 more nothing!

This review is in regard to 1) their customer service 2) their food preparation. It is almost a well-known tradition of the majority of Canadians to hit Tim Hortons first in the morning. Your day can get completely ruined just by one person’s act or service that was in the ... beginning of the day. I have noticed more than half a dozen times that most of them do not know how to respect or treat their customers - at least to smile when a customer approaches the counter. I can specifically name one personnel named Shivani who gives that rude and arrogant look to the customers at the counter as if she is tired of this job and the customers are some kind of crackheads. Secondly, when we give them some basic instructions in the preparation of an item, the customer expects it to be done that way. Again, multiple times, we’ve noticed that they even miss to stir a cup of tea or offer a sleeve before giving it to the customer. This is not what we wish to see from Tim Hortons, and I should say not all Tim Hortons are the same. Unfortunately, this one isn’t customer-friendly or worth the wait. I am a fan of Tim Hortons; their staff consistently impresses me with their speedy order processing. The donuts and pastries display is consistently well-maintained, and the staff's politeness and warmth add to the experience. While I do wish they had a presence in the mall's food court, it's not a ... significant inconvenience for me, as I don't mind the short walk. In fact, the restaurant's location makes it convenient for me to move back and forth between the restaurant and the food court. My only concern with the location is that queuing can be challenging, particularly during busy periods. The proximity of the Cineplex entrance right beside them can create difficulties, especially when there are movie showtimes. Read more
