3.5 stars. Would not recommend dining in but would come back to get their cakes for takeout. Massive menu, huge portions, very busy (lots of people going in and out of the restaurant, you will likely have at least a small wait), food was OK taste-wise, very fairly priced. The cake ... is amazing - one of the best if not the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had - but a bit overpriced. We went on a weekend. One of my favourite spots ! Always fresh , always clean , staff is friendly and portions are big . There’s always a line , so expect a 20-30 minute wait , unless you sit at the bar ! Bang bang chicken and the Cobb salad are one of the best items ... on the menu . Read more

My overall experience at the Cheesecake Factory is ok. I've been here a few times (at the request or someone I know who used to like one of their pasta dishes) and have not been impressed. The Cheesecakes are good and come in large slices but most of the food here ... isn't impressive enough for me to want to deal with the wait and inefficient service. They don't take reservations so you're either eating at odd times if you go outside their peak periods, or you find yourself waiting 1 to 2 hr to get a table if you go around the common meal times. Food: I got the Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken. The flavour of the chicken was pretty good but I believed the crusted aspect that was only on the top layer part, was what was giving most of the good flavour. The mashed potatoes were cooked to a good texture, leaving little chunks of ... potatoes still in tact which were good all in all. The green beans were under cooked, resulting in them being very crunchy and not warm at all. Environment: This is a location that you must dedicate about an hour before even getting a seat. There isn't much organized area to wait in but you have an entire mall to explore while you wait for their call. I believe on the weekends they don't take reservations so it's first come, first serve. Very busy but there is plenty of parking due to being attached to a mall. Pricing: The cost varies greatly on what you get and they have a vast menu to find something for everyone. It's a typical night out, paying upwards of about 20$ per person before tax and tip. It was my first time at the Cheesecake Factory, I’ve always wanted to go.. but didn’t really feel like waiting for a table.. until today. The wait time turned out to be an hour and ten minutes. It’s a very loud place, lots of things going on, people walking in ... and out, lots of servers running food and drinks. Overall, we had a great time. I ended up ordering the sesame ginger chicken from their skinnylicious menu and it was SO good! The portion was good for one person, as their regular portions are massive. I would definitely recommend that dish, I do have it pictured to show you how much they actually give. And all items on that menu are 700 calories and under!
