Took awhile for our server to get to us, which I kinda of understand. Pretty expensive for what we got! Cheeseburger and fries was 27. Dessert was good. I asked the food runner who brought our food to us for honey, as I had ordered sweet potato fries, she nor ... the server brought it to me. She never came back till I was almost done and after I had asked then she brought me some. It wasn't her fault except not coming back to me a few minutes later to ask me how our food was. I was disappointed there’s no lobster Mac and cheese as I read somewhere it’s good I ordered a cheeseburger with truffle fries, as well as an apple juice. Had a Trade Show and afterwards we decided to go for some drinks near by. We came in waited to be acknowledged. After sometime the host walked us to a table, we requested a hightop by the bar. Our first server who started with us was nice. We ordered a ... bottle of Prosecco and an appetizer to share. After that first interaction we never saw her again. There were 6 servers in total standing around chit chatting, we were never ever ever again checked on! Our water's were done no one offered a refill. There was a women and a man in a suit talking to them showing the servers around the restaurant. I assume a manager or District Manager. They were more involved in their conversation then the tables around! This does not look good for the restaurant in anyway! We wanted to order more food and maybe get another drink but the lack of interest in us made us loose interest in this place. We tried to get the attention of one server who made eye contact with us but she turned around and walked away. My colleague went to the host stand and said we just want to pay for our bill. Super disappointing that we were begging almost to pay our bill, I wonder if we were the type of people who would just walk out and no pay would anyone care? To be honest, this was our first and last time we will ever step foot in here! That's sad considering this bar is in a very popular area! Came here for lunch on a Tuesday and was sat at the bar because "all the tables are reserved", and got rather lackluster service. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and truffle parm fries; the salad was watery with huge pieces of lettuce and overdressed while the fries were bland. For ... the price they charge I would have expected more flavor. Spirit free cocktails are good here but I wouldn't recommend getting food here given the price. Real Sports has better food for a better price. All in all, won't be returning. Read more

Don’t let the “fancy” decor fool you, you can have a better dining experience at Wendy’s. We were a group of 10, so we were okay with having everything in one bill and paying the gratuity fee, thinking that this would grant a good experience. The waiter was rude and ... treated us as if we were a burden or an inconvenience for her the whole time. The fried calamari appetizer came out cold and even the exterior was soggy. The mediterranean soup of the day had so many different spices in it that nobody in the table could have it. My main course was the salmon (one of the most expensive items in the menu) and I changed the side to a caesar salad thinking there’s no way they’d get that wrong, but boy I was wrong. The lettuce looked old and was served in the biggest chunks, the dressing tasted like it was straight out of a Kraft bottle and the “ grated parmesan” tasted like chalk. The server acted as if she was completely oblivious that everyone almost didn’t eat what they ordered. If you want to have a nice dinner with great service in a good atmosphere, refrain from walking into this place. I’m just leaving a one-star because there is no choice to leave zero stars to this overpriced joke of a restaurant. Read more
