Boston Pizza - Toronto, Ontario

I had the worst experience in a restaurant of my life. We were there for 2 hours, nearly all of which was just spent waiting for the staff to get their act together. After half an hour of no server I had to go ask the front desk what was ... up and only then did they finally decide to come to our table. Then there was the 30 minute wait for the food itself which would be excusable if it wasn't the most bland dishes we'd ever had. Not only that, but the chicken in the pasta dish was served cold to the touch (I'm not even sure how that's possible!?). Finally after all that, it took the staff an entire hour to let us pay the bill, giving only a minimal discount when we complained about all we've endured. The staff seemed generally disorganized and very poorly trained. I witnessed nearly every server asking for help with the most basic tasks. I swear it was as if the entire staff had quit yesterday and everyone today were brand new hires. The most senior waiter that was giving all the help was especially rude. I witnessed her harassing her co-workers when they made minor mistakes, and overheard her seemingly gossiping about us behind the bar after we had asked for a discount at the end of it all. Tons of gluten free options. The brownie was delicious! Parbhat was a great server kind and fast

Came for a happy hour snack after getting an airport transfer to the hotel a couple buildings over. The jalapeño dip was amazing!! Beer was also wonderful lol. Staff was super nice.

Really bad salad. How does one “fiesta” with 4 chips? The white sauce they put on the side had a very metallic taste. It was basically just a pile of lettuce with a little bit of cheese and corn.

Place was clean and spacious and food was great. Prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants. We had the Antojitos (summer special) and Bandrea bread for appetizers and Mediterranean pizza and Honey Dill Fried Chicken Sandwich. Antojitos were great and filling on their own - very similar to the ones from Montanas. ... The pizza was warm and ingredients tasted fresh.
