health and saftey department and labour department needs to see this location . this place is miserable whenever you step inside it’s too hot. i usually visit this place and i asked everytime about why it’s too hot and i got the same answer every time like they just told ... me they are waiting for technician and i feel bad for the workers also cause they are working in 40 degrees and it’s not safe to work you might get faint .there is no way that management is waiting for technician for 2 freaking weeks. In fairness to the workers at this location, the AC unit is either broken or non-existent which makes the entire restaurant a miserable oven (especially during this heatwave). For the sake of the workers, please fix it or install an AC unit to make working conditions bearable. Your employees deserve ... better. This restaurant location is rundown, dirty, and poorly managed. It takes an average of 25-40 mins to receive your food after you order it. I went there two days ago, and I had to wait for 45 mins for a standard combo. The place seems to always be under-staffed and overworked. My review is based on my own experiences over the past 4 years of ordering at this location. I only pick up from here on my way home when I don't feel like cooking. Each time has been the exact same experience. I don't always mind the wait, but it should not take 25-45 mins to receive "fast-food". Read more

When did chicken strips become paper thin ? Lol serious question. They use to be my fav, but now it's 99% breading 1% chicken.

It was an awful experience. My boyfriend and I went on May 9 10:40ish in the evening. The guy who served me was very rude and was giving me attitude. Not sure why he was angry and was even yelling at us. We just responded politely. I understand that it's ... almost end of the day and everyone is tired, but you still have to be professional. The funny thing is he was nice to other customers which gave me the impression I was being racially profiled as I didn't do or say anything bad.
