First time visiting. Awesome atmosphere and see why it was packed. Food very good with reasonable prices for a toronto better than average establishment. We had the chicken fettuccine, surf and turf, blackened chicken. BUT service needs to do better! Ask if all is OK, give appropriate cutlery for the ... food, have plates removed or just welcoming conversation, clean water glasses...just didn't match the food and atmosphere. Read more

Earls Kitchen & Bar is at the top of my favorite places to dine in Toronto!!! The food and cocktails are top-notch!! Every single item we ordered was incredibly amazing! We were happy to have been there during happy hour to try several of their awesome appetizers! The calamari and ... tofu tacos were my favorites! After dinner, we made a separate stop up to their bar. The bartender went above and beyond to recreate the Tokyo Cosmo, which is no longer offered on the menu. He made us impressive replacements! The location is perfectly located within walking distance to the theater, too. I love Earls, and I make every effort to visit as many of their locations as possible. I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but Earls is a major exception. Every location I've dined at has been phenomenal! Read more

Had dinner just before a show. Wait staff asked right at beginning and was cognizant of our time limit. Best clam chowder we’ve had in forever. Generous clams and perfect flavour and consistency. The waiter's attention to detail, courtesy, and professionalism was remarkable. There was not a long wait for food or drinks. His recommendations were well thought out, and he asked the right questions to assess preferences. The food was great - presentation (some of the photos show half-eaten meals), temperature, doneness, ... and taste. The desert was superb, and the serving was generous - 5 of us shared it. The atmosphere is awesome for a girls' night out or after-work hang-out. I wouldn't recommend it as a family restaurant. Overall, it was an awesome place to meet! Read more
