David's tea is the place to be for delicious tea. The tea is loose leaf, but they have an abundance of supplies and techniques available to make your tea! You can also have tea made in store, or try a tea of the day! These are excellent opportunities to try a ... new tea flavour. And trust me you'll want to! There is a huge selection of flavour profiles, tea types, sweeteners and even milk alternatives available in store! My personal favourite is the English Toffee with a splash of almond milk. Out of teaware my favourite is the metal tumbler! They keep my tea hot or cold for a ridiculous amount of time. David's tea is also often coming out with innovative new products related to tea, and I've had alot of fun seeing them grow through the years (a lover since 2014), and they just keep improving!! EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Even though Davidstea is a chain, and all locations tend to have great customer service, I feel like the Thunder Bay location in particular has top notch service. The staff are incredibly helpful. I always see them being patient with new-comers who are new to loose-leaf teas ... and they are always prompt with their service. Their teas are exceptional, and it is nice that they offer dairy-free milk when ordering a hot tea in the store. Read more

I'm from Mississippi, and the staff at this location is always so nice! Showed me at least 10 samples within 3 minutes of getting in. It was wonderful. Left with three teas and an iced tea cup!

I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at David's Tea in Thunder Bay! They are always so friendly and very helpful! They take the time to ensure everyone gets a delicious sample of the day as well as answer any questions I, or anyone else, have! I love going ... there to check out the new things they have! I stepped into the Davids tea in Thunder Bay. I was in the Davidstea tea for about 5 mins and I was not greeted. I didn't get offended any samples. ( there was 3 other customers in the store ) Not either of two girls that where working there asked me ... or my friend how we were doing or if we were finding every okay. I had to asked for samples. Then when we were getting our drinks. My iced tea was not steeped for the time I had asked for even though it was writin on the cup. And my iced soy latte didn't have any froth on it at all. I asked the girl why and she said that this was a new thing for a month now. I go to my Davids tea at home almost every day and as of 5 day ago. This new way of doing the lattes isn't apparrent at the one at home. I love davids tea I am I go almost every day.
