On March 13th my partner and I decided to grab a bite to eat after a day at work. A simple visit turned into one of the worst customer Service experiences I’ve had in a while. From the moment we walked in the senior employee was barking orders and berating ... her colleagues all the while having an extended conversation with one customer during our entire visit. We are both beyond disgusted with how she treated her coworkers, and the way that customer care was handled by prioritizing certain customers and acting indifferent towards others. Read more
Had a great experience today, it's the first tike in this specific location, the older lady who worked this morning ( Saturday march 2) was above nice and followed the sub order as it was ordered only. Thank you!
