I had very bad experience this morning, the lady was so rude in talking at 190 Cumberland street Thunder Bay . Food is always good but they forgot items when via skip the dishes delivery and it took hours to get ahold of someone on the phone. only option is to come to store and get missing items or when I order next time all I have to do is tell ... them my name and without any proof they will give me the missing items at that time. Will be interesting to see how that goes when the time comes - which could be months from now No ability to issue a credit/reverse the charges to my credit card which in this day and age I find unbelievable as well Read more

I ordered online for dinner and it was the worst sub I have had in my life. It had no sauce at all. I had asked for grilled and toasted the bread was so hard and dry. My worst experience.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and made great suggestions. The food was delicious, especially the cookies!!! The only complaint was there was some blood in the inside of the entrance door and door handle. We brought it to the attention of the staff and the cleaned it up quickly. Excellent job ... Alex!! This was a horrible experiences! My husband went to subway for lunch today and got very poor service. He orded me a chicken bacon melt in a warp the woman who made the wrap didnt even ask what cheese or veggie he wanted on it. He was paying for his ... sub and asked if that was for the sub and the wrap and it wasnt! so he had to do two sepreat transations. As he is paying for them the woman is already wrapping up the wrap and has put what ever topping she wanted she did not ask what he wanted on it and then she put so much ranch on it and i didnt even want ranch! When he asked what was even onbthe wrap she scoffs abd tell my husband and he tell her he wanted more stuff on it she seemed really pissed about this and then just puts it in the press.
