Neebing Roadhouse - Thunder Bay, Ontario

Cool roadhouse vibe, but unfortunately with fine dining prices. Philly Cheese Steak had minimal steak. Chicken Club burger had literally what looked like the last tomato and lettuce available. This place has become very hit-or-miss. Often it's decent, tonight it was absolutely awful. Take-out is slightly worse on average. $30 for a Nachos and nothing on them, and so entirely soggy they weren't worth eating. Plus side, the dog was quite happy.

Food was so delicious! Service was great! Place was beautiful and clean. The staff looked real happy and were very helpful. Their portions were also great so we all had to pack our meals away. I always love to try local places when I travel so I was so excited when the Neebing Roadhouse was the first restaurant I encountered at lunch time. The staff here are so friendly. We were welcomed in and given our choice of tables. When looking at the drink menu, ... our server made a suggestion for her favorite drink and we weren't let down. Don't think you're going to leave this place hungry, you get fed! I ordered the Buffalo chicken poutine, it was outstanding. The fries are hand cut and perfectly cooked. If I'm ever lucky enough to return to Thunder Bay, I will be stopping here on the way. One more thing, the view from the dining room here is stunning! Read more
