Dizy Lounge - Thornhill, Ontario

I have to edit my review because the restaurant is changed recently ( 3-4 Months ) the name, management, chefs and menu but unfortunately in a bad way. Last night we were there for enjoying the experience of Persian cuisine also we ordered appetizers like ( Zeytun Parvardeh ). After I ... had the first olive I feel disgusting in my mouth and it turned out to this fact that those olives were moldy and totally rotten, that was one of my worst experiences I’ve ever had before. I asked the staff to get rid of those olives and I was pretty sure that all ( Zeytun Parvardeh) that they had at the time was rotten too but I am not sure what they wanna do with them? The food that we had last night wasn’t pleasant at all the lowest quality level so far in Richmond Hill. I don’t offer it anyway. P.S. The former restaurant was the way better than the new one. The restaurant was clean and the waiterest was super nice but they food was really bad, first of all when they burn the food they should know it should not go on the table but the pictures shows they serve it for me, I tried they Koobideh was below average, ... they barg was ok. Mmmm, I just finished eating here! The atmosphere is so classy, clean, and beautiful. Every aspect of the food and tea was absolutely fresh, and we took especial pleasure in the attentive, polite service. I can't even describe my satisfaction with this place; so delicious, FRESH, spiced and flavoured flood.

DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It was my first time in the restaurant. The manager had attitudes, behaved so rude and insulting! He knew he made a mistake but instead of apologizing, he continued arguing and joking about it. I was so disappointed and upset. My friend saw hair on ... her plate. Again, he brought excuses and did not admit their mistakes and misbehaviors. Their customer service was below zero and I will not go back to this place. I would like to enjoy my food in a pleasant place and good quality of service which unfortunately, can not be found in Dizy restaurant!!! I will not recommend this place to anyone! Read more

The kabobs are delicious... nice and juicy - done on a charcoal grill. The appetizers are excellent. Nice modern decor and friendly service. Been here often and will continue to come. Highly recommend!
