I like that small mall. Regardless of not having a lot of popular store chains present, I always find what in need. T&T is a huge draw. Abundance of parking spaces always sets me in positive mood affecting my shopping 🙃

The Asian grocery is the only reason to be here. Otherwise it's typical mall drudgery from one end to the other. Clothing stores everywhere you look, drug store and bank appropriately placed far away from useful spots so you are better off to get in your car and ... drive to the other side of the mall for access to them. Beautiful mall. Nice stores. The only thing lacking in this is s mall… waif for it…. SHOES STORES. The vendors were recommending places for me to shop shoes outside the mall. 😀🤨I was shocked when I asked the vendors in the mall where are your shoes stores, and they all said ... there are none. 🙄🙄🙄 Yes people Promenade mall has no shoes stores. Lots of vacant spaces. Anyone out there who are starting a business, shoes in particularly. Look into having a space selling quality shoes. Opting for this mall is ideal as it's rarely crowded, given its ample size, allowing you to concentrate solely on your shopping. Many of my preferred brands have outlets here, and the unique court on the third floor houses dentistry, Kumon, and various other businesses.

Promenade mall has quite the amount of hidden treasures. Surely to leave you wanting to come back. The shops are well assorted and the food court is amazing. One star off because the washrooms are quite repulsive.
