Wing Machine - Thornhill, Ontario

Ordered 1lb wing & regular poutine take out. When arrived home and opened the box, very much disappointed. The wings were so tiny. We decided to weigh the whole box and it was only 290g ( which is 0.64 lb)!!!! Called the restaurant and complained about the amount of wings ... that we got for 1lb order. The person on the phone asked how many wings I got and we had 15 wings. And the person said it’s the “recipe” that it’s about 13-15 wings for 1 lb order. Asked what if the wings are small and the order is less than 1 lb, the same answer about the “recipe”. The person told me that they can give me 4-5 extra wings if I returned. No way I drive back 20 min for tiny 4-5 wings, not worth it. Asked for credit for later time and got refused. It was my first time visiting this location. Yonge & Finch location is my usual place where they always weigh the order when packaging. I was expecting the same service, but my mistake. Very disappointing. Will never go back to this location. The size of the wing was extremely small. They will win a gold medal if there's a cooking smallest wing competition.

I ordered 5 lbs of wings through skip the dishes. The quantity looked way to small to be 5lbs of wings since I order many times with st louis and their 5lbs of wings look much more in quantity. So I measured the entire box of wings (3 wet boxes) ... and it came to 4.5lbs. Excluding the weight of the box it came to 4.2lbs of wings. This is ridiculous gap in weight. I paid over 110dollars for 5lbs of wing only to feed 2 people max. When I called the restaurant, all they said was sorry and that it won't happen again refusing to give the remaining lbs of wing. I've just ordered a chicken burger from this place and it was GARBAGE! The lettuce inside the burger was ROTTEN and has a bad smell! Check the attached picture out

Clean and Nice Small Place to Eat your Pizza :-) Mostly this place is more of takeout order.. My Hawaiian XLarge Pizza is perfectly cooked Friendly Crew.
