Eggsmart - Thornhill, Ontario

We found a hair today in our food and brought it to the server's notice. The server apologized and even offered to replace it. The moment she took the plate to the kitchen the chef very abruptly said "It must be one of their hair" and was constantly arguing with ... the waitress. The chef herself had open hair in the kitchen without any mask and the hair kept falling in her eye and she's saying it was our fault. We showed the waitress it was a long strand of female colored hair that matched no one on our table. We got our food but it honestly turned out to be a sour experience. The chefs are pathetically rude and if you are sitting anywhere close to the kitchen be ready to hear all the rude remarks they throw for their own fault. Read more

Eggsmart was a big surprise to me. The food was delicious and the price was right. The fruit was fresh. The eggs amazing. All types of dishes to choose. Great place for a romantic down to earth date and or bring the entire family. ... Thumbs Up for sure. I will go back when I'm in the Toronto area. The service was top Notch like going to a fine done restaurant dressed in a suit. Here you can dress comfortable casual and feel right at home. Read more

Just like all Eggsmart restaurants, they are AWESOME! Highly recommended. My favorite place for breakfast, any location, you cannot go wrong with Eggsmart

Just ordered a 2 of their 3 egg breakfast via ubereats and got the lamest breakfast ever. Will never order from them again. PS. Uber eats didn't help.

Food is well prepared and fresh. Portions are normal for the time. In fact, my meal had extra peameal bacon. Staff are polite and friendly. Atmosphere is your typical and traditional breakfast place. Table is set with everything you need (unlike other places). Things that can be ... improved, 1) extra serviettes at the table would be nice, 2) a small plate to place waste. It will just adds a touch of better service. Overall a 9/10 experience. Definitely worth coming back. Read more
