Blizzard is our go-to product. Before pandemic, the blizzard was beyond the rim and needed a dome-like cover; throughout and after pandemic, the blizzard was on par and just needed a flat cover. The last couple times, it was slightly below the rim and we let it go. Today it ... was three quarters at best and way below the rim. When we commented that it was light, the gentleman played dumb and asked “what’s light?”. I understand that everything is more expensive now but for $11, you can fill up the cup full - by the way, we are positive the large cup is not as large as before. This shrinkflation is so out of control. I don’t know whether it’s the DQ policy or this particular location, but it’s not acceptable. Additional note: we later saw some comments that this location is more expensive than other locations. We decided to check and it’s true. A big blizzard at other locations is 30% cheaper. **Update: I did contact the customer service and they completely disregard my concern/issue. They only sent me a generic response without addressing the problem. @dear owner - you did not follow up and you did not look into this! My boyfriend and I went to this location to redeem our $1 Blizzard ... coupons and the employee of the store refused to honour them. He said because we came together only one of us was allowed to use a coupon! Never in my life heard of that excuse before. I had my own coupon on my app and my bf had his own coupon but because we entered the store together, we were not allowed to use both coupons!!! That's a good way to lose a customer! Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was horrible and the staff, one of them being Daniel and another female worker were very rude and not considerate at all. We went to get the $1 blizzard and we were going to pay separately. They told us after ... the fact that we bought 1 that we could only get 1 per group. There was no sign at all to tell customers that and the app did not mention that. They were very rude and it was a disappointing service. I wouldn’t have even paid for the first blizzard if I knew that before hand. I would have walked in separately. We had to share 1 small blizzard between 2 people all because they couldn’t bare to make another for $1.05 They expected me to get one blizzard here and drive 20 minutes to another location to redeem another one just because they couldn’t afford to give 1 other blizzard away. Disgusted to witness an interaction with the staff at this location and a customer. The customer brought her daughter who requires a wheelchair and they wouldn’t honour her coupon for her daughter who was in the car. The car was parked right outside the store window very visible to the ... employees. The cashier made the customer assemble the wheelchair in the pouring rain even when the mother brought in both phones. When I witnessed and advocated for the customer, they refused to do anything, saying they are only following the rules. There is no empathy and are very rude as this location. I have witnessed many people fight to use their coupons at this location. I will be reaching out to head office to complain. So sad that dignity and respect were not given to a customer with a disability. Read more

What can I say? It's a standard DQ. Good ice cream, but some of the workers can be quite slow. When the location is busy, it can be an issue because the wait to be served at the till or receiving your order can take up to 15 mins, depending. Despite ... that, it's still my go-to location given that's it's the closest location in my area. Read more
