Bubble Tea and Me - Thornhill, Ontario

Ordered 2 takeout "Original Milk Black Tea - A blend of Taiwanese black tea, lactose, milk, and flavor. (come with Tapioca)." Was given only 1 straw and we were confused while we drove off. Realized later there was 0 tapioca in one of them. Never seen this kind of mistake from ... any bubble tea store. Bubble Tea & Me has had quality service and food for many, many years. It's never changed in quality, and it's always been a lovely and relaxing place to have some delicious food and tea. I used to come here when I was a grade schooler, and the bubble tea ... has always been great. Service is fast and the staff are so friendly and nice. The food is great too. I have had TONS AND TONS of bubble tea in my life thus far, but none have tasted as delicious as the bubble tea I get at this place!!! We used to live far away from this place but the very first time we tried their bubble tea and some ... of their delicious food items, we knew that it was well worth the drive. Now we have moved closer to this location so we will be going in regularly now and can't wait for our next visit! The atmosphere inside makes you feel like you're in a beautiful far away place where you can escape busy Thornhill for a little while, and the customer service you receive from the owners and their staff is exceptional...they make you feel at home and are happy to see you when you walk in! They make your bubble tea exactly the way you want it and it's nice to know that every time you have one, it still tastes exactly like the last one you had, which is DELICIOUS!!! They use the freshest ingredients and their pricing is very reasonable. Very, very, clean restaurant and you won't see dirty plates or any debris collecting on the floor anywhere. Bubble tea is really good. The price is good too. Friendly staff. Nice seating area. Very cozy. They have board games as well.
