D-Lite’s - Thornhill, Ontario

I ordered fetuchini Alfredo on Uber Eats the whole dish tasted like nutmeg no other flavors. The sauce was slupy tasted pareve. I think it was the worst fetuchini Alfredo I ever had in my life!

Terrible service. The employee was sitting on the chair doing nothing and with a very bad and rude attitude told me that the food is on the counter

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Terrible costomer service. The cashier was absolutely disgustingly rude to us, and when we didn't want to give a tip (bc he didn't do anything for us, and were broke students) he couldn't believe us and actually got mad at ... us. When I said fine ill give a one dollar tip, he refused it and said "take it for the ttc". I will not be coming back, and that cashier should be fired. Read more

The customer service here is awful. For this reason alone I will never come here again for sit down. I think their sushi is ok, but the regular food is terrible. Pictured is their “poutine” with cheese that isn’t even melted properly at all. Extremely disappointed. We will never come ... back. Read more

The service at D-lites is excellent and the grilled salmon was amazing and we ordered pretty much all the sushi in the menu and the best sushi I ever had and the owner of D-lites is really nice and he made sure we are 100% satisfied. I definitely recommend everyone ... going to try this place and I will go back there again Read more
