Staff were very rude yesterday especially that lady who took my order. I hope that if they don’t have the coffee that the customer is ordering, I hope that they mention it ahead just a simple “sorry we don’t have that coffee here,” but instead the girl staff just gave ... me an attitude while telling me “we don’t have that coffee whatever you are saying” after what I’ve said for how many times if she just said it earlier that they don’t have it then I don’t have to repeat it again and again. The staff very kind and respectful Good service

Pretty much your standard Tim's. The staff however was super friendly and lively, which is a big change from what I've seen at other places. My only criticism would be that the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They look and smell like they were never cleaned. Both a friend and I (he's ... male and I'm female) went to use our respective washrooms and we were both gagging as we came out. i recently order the steeped tea at Tim Hortons and unfortunately, the server didn't stir it properly. She was in rush or something The tea tasted a bit off because of this.
