3. Taxes & Financial Responsibility
3.1 Sales Tax: Restaurants are solely responsible for determining and collecting applicable sales taxes (GST/PST/HST/State Tax) on food orders. MainMenus.com is not a tax-collecting marketplace facilitator for food sales.
3.2 Professional Services: Agency clients are responsible for all taxes applicable to design and SEO services based on their business location.
4. QR Codes & Fundraising
Scanning MainMenus QR codes collects marketing attribution data. Fundraising initiatives designate percentages of net proceeds to partners as disclosed at the point of interaction. Donations are remitted to partners as agreed per campaign.
5. Comprehensive Disclaimer
