Decent food but always a long wait and the lone goes thru the eating area. It's very cramped in there unfortunately. Would do better In a larger spot

I went there Thursday june 27 at 6 30 i order everything beagle tosted with butter and egg and cheese inside first they gave me something else inside the beagle and when i cane back and i asked they were like we dont have eggs so she said you can ... change ur order i order cheese croissant with hash brown crispy onion lettuce inside again the prepare wrong order even i pay extra for hash brown after waiting for 20 mintues they serve again the wrong order the girl who is having tattoos she was working in kitchen i must recommend to there manager to talk to her even when i said 2nd time thats its wrong order they make weird face nd start whispering i dont have time as i wait there for more than 20 min I leave from there without having my order and without getting refund I would say to her if you are not able to work or having any issues just go home dont ruin another person day Read more

I don’t understand how they function. I don’t go to Tim Hortons a lot but I thought I would today. After making the drinks wrong, they didn’t charge me for what I wanted and he didn’t tell me that he took it off the order. The iced coffee he made ... me was milk. Iced milk. On top of that they are showing me attitude and so rude. He even refused to to make the drinks. It’s not like he owns this billion dollar company like bro remake the drinks lol I posted this on TikTok as well. went into order two things, a pizza and a bagel. while the cashier was taking my order, in the middle of taking my order she went and helped someone else, got sidetracked from taking my order. My order consisted of a pepperoni pizza and bagel with cream cheese. I asked ... the cashier SHE had plain bagels, she said would go check and that when she got sidetracked to get someone's coffee, when she finally came back i had to repeat my bagel order at least 3 or 4 times before she went to go see what bagels were in stock and she asked if i wanted butter. i said to the cashier bagel with cream cheese and toasted. then after my order was complete she called me "Sir" and i said why are you misgendering me, im a female. so i asked to speak to the manager. spoke to a supervisor and she even said I don't have to come back. that's coming from the supervisor that was on shift. this is the worse customer service ever. Some random person stole my order and I had to wait like an extra 5 minutes to get my food. The drinks come in very fast though. I would prefer this more than Starbucks when I am in Canada.
