I order food for delivery and they missing My coffee so I contact the delivery guy he told me the package was sealed so theres no way he will open to check ny order so I called store and told them what happened and they said they cannot do anything ... about it and she even said just pick it my coffee the point I did delivery cause i have zoom meeting thats why I cant drive to go there.Is it your job to double check the order before delivery and now I have to suffer for your mistake and spend another money for another delivery what kind of service u offer. look at your review It tells something about poor service. Oddly, there were almost no muffins, donuts or any other baked goods at 6:43 in the morning. Open since 5:00 am. This is not the first time I've had this experience at this location. I don't think I will return as it takes time out of my morning to drive ... there. I enjoy a coffee and muffin on occasion, but when your business is coffee and donuts, and you have no donuts, then there is not much else to offer and I don't expect to return. ---- Update: dropped in this morning (June 20, 2024) at 6:50 thinking maybe things changed. Staff took over 30 mins, and portion sizes were too small. The potato wedges weren't even filled to the top in the containers. Very dissapointed with this location and with the poor service.

I would love to give a 5 star because it's the only Tim Hortons in Surrey that knows no foam goes in a latte. It's 6:30 in the morning, and they have been open for an hour and a half and no donuts are made This is ongoing. I come ... here at 6:30 at night when they close at 10, and its bare bones for donuts. Donut Series, Part 14 So when several of my Canadian friends heard I was headed North of the border, they insisted that I visit a Tim Hortons for a donut and some coffee. I was only too happy to oblige and found that there seems to be one on about ... every other street corner. The specifics of my order prompted the server to inform me that visiting a Tim Horton’s and including “timbits” automatically initiates the citizenship process in Canada (not true). She went on to state that although continuing this process was entirely voluntary, it is not uncommon for those clearing this initial hurdle to begin unconsciously adopting a uniquely Canadian mindset. I told her to get “out”, left a Loonie on the counter, pulled on my toque, fist bumped Justin Bieber and Ryan Reynolds on the way out (who were both enjoying beauty double doubles), walked out of Timmies into some glorious sunshine on a 6 degree Celsius morning, and drove a few clicks back to my hotel.
