McDonald’s - Sudbury, Ontario

This had to have been the worst McDonalds that I have ever been too. At approx. 9:30 am went through drive thru and ordered a coffee and a sausage and egg McMuffin. I was pulled ahead because they were "waiting on eggs". After me they parked 4 other cars. After ... 14 minutes of waiting the girl comes out with all 5 bags and has no idea whos order was whos. My breakfast was cold which only had one logical reason. It was ready awhile ago but they were too lazy to walk out more than once so they waited until all the orders were ready. My daughter and I got the Norwalk virus at the McDonalds on the Kingsway. I thought she had food poisoning until i got equally sick 2 days after she did. We threw up every 30 minutes for 8 hours, it was brutal. Now I know a restaurant can get a virus ... and it's not their fault. However, they need to keep their areas cleaner. The only thing that kills these viruses is bleach and hardcore cleaners when I sit down at a table and there's ketchup and food stains everywhere when I go get a drink from the drink machine and there's straws and cups and everything all over the place, its a breeding ground for viruses and bugs. They should have a staff member every 30 minutes out there. Cleaning off the tables. Wiping down the seats cleaning the drink machine I saw like six people standing around. I ordered 2 spicy bacon dlx Mac crispy but I didn’t get bacon on it.

Tables were dirty. I had to wipe them down myself. They always forgot to give dipping sauce with my nuggets and the fries were still cold. Also, I had to put ketchup in a lid since there was no more of the little cups in the dispenser and that too ... was super sticky and dirty. Read more
