Subway - Stratford, Ontario

Very dirty! Bugs on the dill pickles, brown lettuce, ants crawling all over because floor and tables have not been cleaned...my last visit there for sure. Windows and doors soo filthy!

Ordered 4 different foot long subs and all came different than what I’ve ordered. Not toasted and no cheese on all of them.

This is the 2nd time I've tried ordering from their app for pickup. The app is horrible and errors out many times. I've added coupons via the app which end up not showing on the order when I go for pickup. Today is the 2nd time I've used a coupon ... for 6 cookies and the restaurant said they never got it on their order and therefore I don't get them. Absolutely horrible service and app. Prices seem to be only going up and the odd time they have a coupon it won't work properly. I think we will no longer be ordering from Subway anymore. Always feel welcomed when going there to order food. Staff is friendly.
