Dairy Queen (Treat) - Stratford, Ontario

I wish I would have taken a picture of the banana split it was sad. Hardly any ice cream and 2 dabs of whip cream. Service was slow and the young man serving us were polite I left feeling cheated.

Went thru the drive-thru last night and ordered the SKOR brownie caramel cupfection .. only to be handed a cup with barely any ice cream and lots of empty spaces !! one of the worst services ive ever experienced...drive thru was extremely 🐌 slow..it took 30 mins just to move 10 meters and we had to order in the window while waiting in drive thru being stuck there because we couldn't even move out...so understaffed strawberry shortcake 🍰 blizzard didn't ... have any cheesecake and very bland flavor.... Sometimes long waits as it's drive thru only, can be hard to get into line as its right off the main road. Can also park and go to the window. Staff are usually good. Great ice cream!

The ice cream cake was perfect. The young woman there personalized it quickly and no pre-order was required. Service was incredible. Thank you, we will be back again.
