Tim Hortons - Stratford, Ontario

From last month to now July, the WiFi has been broken and no one to deal with it. Every time I go to the waitress with hope and expectation, she is very perfunctory and just ignores you. I visit this place 7 days a week and the kids always like ... to eat here after class. wife is a must in a cafe and it shows how bad Timhortons management and problem solving skills are! Tim Hortons sold our country out. It is very clear Canadian culture means nothing to Tim Hortons as they allow race based hiring at this location. To hire based on race is illegal but this location only hires Indians while all other fast food in the area diversify according to ... our laws. They speak another language right in front of customers. Canadian culture is that of politeness and manners. You don't whisper in front of people because you are probably saying something rude and it's impolite. Speaking English is the only acceptable language to be spoken while working a Canadian job. I'm always delighted when I roll through the Erie Street Tim Hortons and hear Stewart's voice asking for my order. He is always positive, prompt, and easy to understand. Thanks Stewart, for making a corner of the world a better place.

Great location, nice and clean . I love their service and friendliness. Great staff. 😍

Service was awful and food is just as bad. My coffee was not stired and the bagel i recieved was bareley toasted when it should have been double toasted. The bagel i recieved after a 15 minute wait was covered in gobs of butter. Who cant butter a bagel ffs. ... The location has a bad rap in town due to all the foreigners being hired who cant speak english and dont want to work. Employees stand around talking with each other not working while customers are waiting to be served. When I called in to ask for a refund I was told they can make it for me again... never going to tim hortons again. Read more
