WHEN YOU PAY, AND ITS WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT, IF IT BEEPS AS THOUGH YOU'VE PAID AND THEY TELL YOU IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH ON THEIR END, AND GO TO MAKE YOU PAY AGAIN...MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT. MY PAYMENT WENT THOUGH, SO I QUICK CHECKED THE ACCOUNT AFTER ... THEY TOLD ME IT DIDN'T, IT HAD IN FACT WENT OUT. THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME ITS HAPPENED LOTS BEFORE AND THAT IT WILL COME BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT (WHEN THE BANK WHERE ITS AT WILL REALIZE IT NEVER WENT TO HARVEYS??? ) WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS..GUESS WHAT..IT DIDN'T...ALL I'M SAYING IS BE AWARE THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED AND IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU. The staff are incredible and go out of thier way to be helpful and curtious on many different ocasions . Also got caught in rain and was soaking wet and they were more than helpful and will go back again anytime . FOOD IS GREAT AND THEY DO A GREAT ... Food is excellent and atmosphere is good . But the owner or the manager should teach the supervisor ( immigrant girl), what customer service is . She won’t say a thank you or even a smile at her face . I am paying you right now. Everyone else is friendly ... and nice . I usually go there and get something. But this girl is very harsh in her appearance and talks and behaviour, just throws food at you . U should learn a lot from leann- an amazing person at Harvey’s Erie street. Read more

This location has the best and friendliest service, food and the restaurant inside is spotless. Every time I am in Stratford I always go to this Harvey’s, they never disappoint. Food is always fresh and delicious.

This was my first time at Harvey’s, can say that I’m impressed, this restaurant had very nice lighting and had a clean area, the seating options were mostly tables but had a few booths, The options for food was amazing too, Burgers and hotdogs and chicken sandwiches,poutine deep fried pickles, ... Oreo milkshakes, couldn’t help but want it all. I got myself a chicken buffalo sandwich and was just confused on how it was so tender and not overwhelming to eat. The mushroom burger as well, both hot and tasty, the fries were just as good since they weren’t overly oily and crispy, with a generous amount of salt, also the Chicken strips/nuggets, but they seemed like the same ones you get everywhere, but couldn’t be more happier….
