4 of us dined there a couple days ago. The waitress was friendly, the food was not good at all. The home fries were over done and hard. The Ruben had fried meat, I've never had it made this way and it didn't do it any good. The clubhouse was cold and ... not much meat on it.. And the fries were so over done you couldn't poke a fork in them. Overall experience was not the best. Won't be back! Read more
The server was polite and attended to me quickly after I was seated. My tea came quickly and the food was not far behind. The food was the way I ordered it (the owner even came out to confirm). The place was about half full. Sometimes ... the food isn't that fast, but today it was. I hadn't been here in a while so I'm hoping this type of service will continue. Read more
It was a small town place. I expected a bit better quality of food. Both Kids had chicken fingers and chips. Fries were bla, chicken was crisp outside soggy inside just like the fish my wife ordered also soggy and old was the coleslaw. I dumped over a cup of ... water off my chicken Marengo that was overpowered by rosemary. The garlic toast was the best thing that came to the table. The waitress was nice and attentive props to her. Typical Diner foods. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good people. Good service. Good classic fare. They post a picture of their daily specials on their Facebook page everyday, which is handy. In the restaurant they post their specials 2 weeks in advance so ... you know when to come for your favourites (like their Chicken and Dumplings, yummy!) Read more

This restaurant has been around for years but I'd never had the opportunity to try it. Many choices on the menu to choose from and the beef is raised locally that they serve. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. Soup was delicious and the beef nice and ... tender. Desserts are homemade and there are lots of choices. Parking on site.
