Service was fast and Friendly at the Take Out counter! :) I was really happy that when I went to pay with my card, the debit machine didn't ask me to tip! How refreshing!!!

We were 6 seniors. Our table was a bit crowded but the service was great. Really like the absense of loud music so we could visit well. Love the 2 can dine for $19.99 The chicken was great

Support a great local business the staff would love to have you as they were great with me and my dinner dates. We were well fed and had a ball in their establishment.

We had a great meal with our young kids. I’m personally not a huge fan of Swiss Chalet but they knocked it out the park for the kids. Great service, $9 for a small meal with a drink and small desert (felt small, but good 3-8 year old size) and ... then adult meals were good too. The flavour on the shrimp rice was a winner for me. I usually don't complain , but tonight's meal was the worse that I have ever had from this location. Swiss chalet should stick to what they know and leave fish out of their menu. The pieces of fish looked nothing like the picture on the menu. They were very ... over fried and 4 inches at most. Our fries were cold and the donuts were so over fried that my 4 year old wouldn't even eat them. The girl who brought out my meal didn't say anything to me when it was ready. She just put it on the counter and walked away. After calling out a few times she stuck her head around the corner and when I asked if this was my order and it was complete she responded "ya" and returned around the corner from where she was prior. One of the chalet sauce was thick and seemed old and burnt . We were very disappointed. Read more
