Arden Park Hotel Dining Room - Stratford, Ontario

A bit older but very well maintained, clean, and helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The best Best Western that I've ever experienced.

Best Western rewards are an absolute joke. We did the stay two nights get one night free and now we are trying to book our free night and apparently it's up to each individual hotel if they want to honor the free night. If we pay for the ... night we can book a room but if we want to use our free night they will not accept it. What a joke! It's the same with your reward points people so be careful! Fabulous King suite; it felt like luxury away from home! Amazingly comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. We will absolutely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very hospitable. The manager was super nice and accommodating as after prepaying online, we didn't realize the deposit fee was not automatically taken or accounted for . The manager let us put a smaller deposit fee which was definitely in our interest. The hotel suite was nice ... and big and accommodated a family of 6 and the amazing pool was awesome and super warm. The older part of this hotel is drastically in need of renovations. The suite we were put in for our three night stay was very disappointing, to the point that my wife and I requested a different room. We moved to the newer part of the hotel, but our room was ... downgraded to a regular room. Then we found out that part of a hockey tournament was staying at the hotel. We were disgusted by the level of stupidity from the parents; drinking and partying in the halls, AND allowing their children to run up and down the halls, past 1:30am. Police were finally called, but we didn't get much sleep. We will never stay at this hotel again. And, if asked, we will strongly suggest avoiding this hotel. Read more
