We just ordered from Lotus Thai using skip the dishes. We were genuinely impressed by our dinner. We had the Tom Yum soup, which tasted great and spring rolls which were good, but closer to average (I believe they lost their crispiness through travel). What made the meal was the ... Edit: we went back a week ago and I ordered the crab Rangoon's. There was no crab in the crab Rangoon. I asked about it and the lady who came over was almost putting her finger in my food trying to point out the crab. She explained that people had ... been complaining there was too much crab in the crab Rangoon's so they cut back. So, if you don't like crab in your crab Rangoon's this is the place to go! The food here was absolutely delicious. Great for ordering multiple dishes and sharing with a family or friends. The Waitresses were very nice. All the dishes were great however I would certainly recommend the Penang Curry. Will visit again next time we are in Hamilton
