La Fenouilliere - Ste-Foy, Quebec

We ate 3 breakfasts here during our stay at the Best Western. They were all excellent, and our young servers were lovely. I love the aesthetic of the decor and colors here. It is a very peaceful and relaxing restaurant and feels like luxury.

The food was FANTASTIC (5 courses,) but service could have been faster! (Arrived at 8 pm, left after 11 p.m.) See photos! Desert cake was too sweet for me!!

Good breakfast, both of the two eggs with duck sausage and the omelette were excellent . The coffee was not to our liking. Looked like it was under staffed, the servers were busy, service was kind of slow.

Very small quantity served. The kids meal is as small as the adult meal. I ordered the eggs Benedict with smoke salmon. It was not smoked salmon. It tasted like cooked salmon. Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My partner and I were very pleased with the service. We ordered the 4-course meal. The appetizers were very pungent, flavourful, and French. It was very interesting to say the least. We also got the turnip soup and cauliflower with bacon soup — excellent ... soups. The turnip soup was probably my fav dish. The entrees were decent and tasted standard, not my favourite though. However, the portions were large! We were so full by this point, but we still had desserts.
