It's a very dated atmosphere not really a place for young children, the service took forever they hardly came and saw our table except to take our orders and then seating us didn't come to check on our table once we had our meal or to refill our drinks. Once ... we finished our meal and asked for the check they never brought it to us we had to go up to the front. They then had the hide to ask for a tip!! A tip for what poor service, average food? We went to Le Galopin, located inside Hotel Sepia. What a gem! Once we arrived, we were happily greeted by the staff and got seated quickly. Because this is a pretty upscale restaurant, there is quite a wait before the waiter comes to take our order. While waiting, we looked around ... the restaurant: quite small, elegant with a quiet and warm atmosphere. Our waiter was skilled and really nice. We began with the Sea & Charcuterie Board appetizer. Presentation is unmatched! The tastiest part was the thinly sliced octopus, it was out of this world! For the main course, I ordered the Smoked Duck and Game Tartare, since tartares are the restaurant's specialty. Let me tell you, it was unbelievably tasty! Melted in your mouth with ton of flavor. For the dessert, I got the Crême Brûlée, and I wasn't disappointed! Every part of this experience left me pleasantly surprised! Will definitely come back. Read more

This restaurant is OK, The food was good and the portions were ok, Prices were average compared to other restaurants. We went for a family brunch. The atmosphere is ok and had no music playing. The service was good & polite

We had the Valentine's special for 2. Take home meal. The quality, presentation and flavor was absolutely awesome!!!!! Thank you to you and your team for a perfect supper! We have leftovers of the wellington and we are going to share one of the two desserts..... stuffed.......

Amazing Saturday night dinner. They offer a 4 course meal option that includes appetizer, soup/salad, entree, dessert plus tea/coffee for around $50 as well as a 3 course meal option for 2 people priced around $100 total but including a bottle of wine. Excellent service and best meal in Quebec ... yet! Yellowfin fish entree was exceptionally prepared and pear sorbet for dessert was beautiful. Read more
