I went here to Montana's thinking it would be a wonderful place to enjoy a day off with my mom, However the it was not a great experience. The service was not good, not one time did some body come by to ask how everything was, the food was dry, ... the dips were very watery especially the mayonnaise, it did not taste anything like mayo. Absolutely disappointed in This location. Been there three times since they reopened. Figured where they just reopened they were working out issues, still no excuse. Third time there on Thursday and all 3 meals and appetizer was unacceptable. Granddaughter had grill cheese and it was microwaved. Server confirmed this with ... us. It was redone and still was line cardboard. My wife had steak which was blue rear , not medium. Mushrooms and onion sauce on top was cold(icy). My ribs were okay. Wings were dried out or o we cooked with again cold sauce. Our server was great, and got the manager for us who in my opinion was not trained as he took the steak off and I believe the whole bill should have been voided as we are possibly 10% of the food and got our bill and left. I tried a new menu item that was okay. But the appetizers were great and the service was exceptional, especially since we came with our 2 year old daughter. BUYER BEWARE! I order ribs from this place through DoorDash and what a total disappointment. I received some measly 3 rib bones with barely any meat attached to them, they did not send any sides, no fries or anything at all! Seriously? Three bones??? I felt robbed at gun point. ... In addition, no cutlery or napkins. Ordered a Pepsi as my beverage and they sent it at room temperature. Posted a review on DoorDash and they got it deleted. How can a place like this be in business?
