I spent a few hours at Hava Java drinking very good cappuccino (order a double), sitting in a very comfortable bench in the upstairs seating area, cruising on reliable, fast wifi. I dealt with very pleasant staff and would have happily spent more time there had I discovered it earlier ... in my trip. My food rating applies only to the coffee, not to their snacks or sandwiches. My favorite office in St. John's. If I feel the need to get some work done out of my home office this is where I go. The internet is fast, plenty of receptacles and good coffee. The owners are nice and the staff working are great.
