Great service from the minute we walked in. Very cool trendy 80's rock n' roll vibe throughout the hotel. Bed was comfy, short walking distance from terrace restaurants, pubs and other great amenities. I would recommend and come back again.

New, clean, safe feeling area, nice showers, AC works great, black out curtains, simple to link phone to tv, restaurant in building smelled so good, right next to George and water street bars and restaurants! Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The hotel does not have on-site parking but they offer valet parking for $15/day. I was told they are working to complete a big expansion nextdoor which would include more hotel and music amenities. Looking forward to returning!

Location is great! Decor and atmosphere were wonderful- nice change from typical hotel offerings. Our room was fantastic. We had room service - ribs, wings, onion rings. All were really tasty and only short wait to get our food. We arrived around 7pm - there was a concert going on at ... Mary Browns Centre. Therefore no valet parking available. And no parking close by. This was an issue for us as it was unexpected. We had a looong day and flight delays and just did not have the energy to search for parking. We asked for a refund - but as we had booked through a third party - the refund was unavailable. Asked to speak to manager - she was very apologetic, could see we were tired and fed up. She offered us a great rate and upgraded us to a king suite. Wow. The valet walked with my husband to find on street parking for us. Wonderful. So a crappy day ended well. We really appreciated the understanding and help of the hotel staff. So be aware of parking restrictions/ they do have valet parking - but tends to fill quickly. Would have been 5 stars, but I docked one for the 400 grit toilet paper. If you can put your logo on everything in the room, you can get some soft 3 ply! Other than that, it was amazing. Great room, amazing shower (many hotels have weak showers, not here!) and ... very comfortable bed! The rock and roll theme is embedded everywhere and they have some amazing pieces of art throughout. The staff was very friendly and the valets were top notch. Only ate at the restaurant once, but as with everything else, it was a great experience (try the Street Corn!) Would certainly recommend.
