Boston Pizza - St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

I'm a regular visitor to this franchise, particularly the Stavanger location. The service is good for the most part. The food is too. I recommend the Bourbon BBQ pizza, the Salmon Bowl, the Parmesan chicken, and the Fish Tacos are amazing. I've tried the Chicken Alfredo, and it was horrible. ... I do not eat out often. Seldom, I take my children to this particular restaurant and haven’t gotten disappointed once. Of course, the food is amazing, but what I’m looking for is a friendly staff. Their staff has never disappointed. food was cold. the fettuccine pasta was not cooked properly and was hard, it also was NOT creamy as it said. dry. plain. unseasoned. i now feel like i have to throw up. NEVER coming back here.

Hit ir miss. It's been about 50/50 for quality. One time I waited two hours for a pizza. And when a fresh one came it was mediocre. Have ordered there once now since then and the quality was excellent!

💥 Kids Eat Free 💥 for March month Food was quick coming out & the food was okay & kind of tasted plain. Wings were as if they were cooked from frozen. Wait time between getting served & waiting receiving the bill was long when you have 5 servers standing at ... the front counter. After finishing our meal & waiting for kids desserts (which never showed up) our bill was never delivered. Went up to pay the bill & was waiting to pay but was then ignored while new guest arrived after we were at the counter. They were seated before we were able to pay our bill. A manager was there also not even showing any concern to assist us or his staff. This was the worse experience at this restaurant & we usually give great reviews for Boston Pizza. They never offer refills or take out boxes or if we would like dessert. Very disappointed all around & I can now see why KIDS EAT FREE this month. Read more
