Boston Pizza - St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

First let me say I usually enjoy eating at the BP on Kelsey Dr... but tonight I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a "create your own pasta" and added chicken to this dish. The overall pasta and our appetizer were good but the chicken breast placed on top of ... the pasta was quite dry and tough. I ate part of it but couldn't finish the chicken. I mentioned it to our waitress who said "I'm sorry to hear that"... but nothing was done. That surprised me bc I thought the least that would be done was to remove the chicken from our bill. There is then an expectation to tip your server... which we did bc we try to support the food service workers... but I personally didn't think the experience warranted a tip since there was no attempt to at least offer to fix the issue. The meal was $95 after tip and taxes for two people. Restaurants are trying hard to rebuild their clientele over the past few years... just a note to say things like this matter to a customer when making future plans to dine out. Read more

Definitely the best Boston Pizza I’ve visited! The food was great, and our server, Kait, was very kind and hospitable. Her charm and fun attitude made our whole evening! Will definitely be back again soon.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our server, Kaitlyn, was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Overall, a great experience!

They have great meal options but the meals are not spectacular. I had the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese. The ambience is calm and the interior is beautiful. The waiters are also courteous. Overall I'll rate my whole experience a 7 out of 10

Visiting from Vancouver, a lot of items are different here. Drink options are much more diverse, and unique food items are available. It is typically windy, so if you're on the patio, you might want to hang on to your menu. Somebody beside me just had their menu blown away ... into the parking lot. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese and the Fiesta Salad. I usually don't like Buffalo chicken because right after the first bite, my stomach burns, but with the combination of Mac n Cheese and this, the pain was worth it.
