This was our first time visiting Zachary’s restaurant in downtown St. John’s. The service was great, although it was a very busy Saturday morning. Recommend thier french toast. I frequently have my office lunch from there. The environment is awesome. Price is quite reasonable.
Visiting from Toronto. Tried the special 3 eggs breakfast, steak and eggs and the toutons and pancakes. Toutons were great and would suggest getting the special breakfast (3 eggs one). Great service, super cozy and lovely restaurant! Food is average (I only experienced one dish). It was more on the oily side for me. Price is average.

May 26, 2024: Looks like it's closed. The windows were covered with paper, and there was no clearly visible signage. I might be wrong, but ... call ahead. Classic Cafe East is next door, and is a good choice for the same kind of food offered by Zachary's.
