Used the online ordering service 45 minutes before pick-up time. When I get there to pick it up, they say they didn't receive the order. Before I can let them know what I ordered, I'm told it will be 5 min. 20 minutes later I have my Pizza. Was not ... offered anything for the mix up. Whenever we place an order here, they get it wrong. Last time, we requested extra toppings of onion and pineapple on our meat lovers pizza, but they gave us dough with pineapple and onion with no meat. We always end up waiting for our order to be fixed, which is ... frustrating. On another occasion, our food was mixed up with someone else’s order (they ended up giving our food to their delivery person and left the wrong order behind) and when we reordered, we received the wrong size. Just recently I ordered 3 lbs of chicken wings and as usual they gave me 1 lb. Despite giving them multiple chances, they consistently mess up our orders. If you're looking for a pizza place that will surprise you with incorrect orders and make you wait around 20 minutes to fix them, this is the place for you. I don't recommend it—poor service. We tried their 2 toppings pizza multiple times, the quality of the ingredients they use is very good and fresh. The quality of the cheese they use top notch. The only problem is consistency the thin crust pizza we ordered second time was thinner and better than the first time. ... But overall a must try pizza place in town. Read more
They have been a place I go to for about six years I'm currently not driving I live about 12-15 minutes away, Twice in a row they have delivered cold pizza, I called he said the drivers are very busy I told them I understand maybe just arrange better timing to ... cook it nobody wants cold pizza his response please don't order delivery as I'm to far away I've been a loyal customer to that pizza place vehicle or not never get my service again.
