Wendy’s - St Catharines, Ontario

Moved very slow for not having very many customers at the time. Ordered no ice with my drink, still got ice in it. Ordered extra sauce on my wrap, barely had any on it, in fact the wrap was very skimpy with any toppings. The poutine I ordered wasn't ... even half full and my burger was bagged separate from the rest of my food that I ordered for some reason? Honestly the only thing missing from this circus they're running down there is a unicycle. As a former Wendy's employee I know what the standard is for preparing food there and these people stooped way below that. I hope corporate clean houses everyone there. Read more

This place is the best place to eat lunch!! I always get chili cheese nachos with extra chili and a seniors coffee with double cream. The price is always $2.50. Yup that correct!! But the best part is the staff starting with Pam. Kelsey, Abby ... and Macey always do amazing work too. They're great - ALWAYS SMILING!!! I can order this four times and still not spend as much as I would at A&W with a burger combo and this is way more healthy. This place is always busy and it is easy to see why!!! This gotta be the worst Wendy’s location I’ve been to. Ordered the limited BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger combo and literally the “expectation vs reality” moment for me. The burger looks so dry and flat, little cheese, old & hard dried up bacon. The fries is not medium but kiddy meal size. ... The lady in the counter looks fried out of her mind. When you talk to her there’s a delayed in her response. Service too slow. Overall this place is a complete joke. What a shame. Piece of advice, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! Sat in for breakfast with my best friend and ordered her an iced coffee with her combo. She pushed me to try it because she was in disbelief of the taste. The iced coffee from Wendy’s tastes like bbq chips…it is vile. Neither of us could consume it, which resulted ... in her having to order one from Tim Hortons instead. Ordered the chocolate frosty-ccino, the girl hands me a Frosty. I said that supposed to be a frosty-ccino, she said what's that, so I explained to the employee what it was or what the commercial made it sound like. She hands me what looked like an iced coffee. I ... went to walk away and turned around and said are you sure this is made right, she said yeah and a manager came over and said it is the liquid Frosty base mixed with iced coffee. I never would have ordered it if that's what it was going to be, it was so strong, and tasted nothing like a Frosty like the commercial claims. Read more
