Always a reference for the last 20 years, it's rice with vegetables was a milestone. However my last visit was a bit disappointing, the rice did not taste as natural as in the past. But still a good place to go.

We came in with outstanding recommendations and hence, great expectations. I must say that we were disappointed by the overall experience. The signature tartar was tasty but the preparation left it looking more like a meat puré in terms of consistency. It was tasty and it is nice to see ... it being prepared by the table. We had a salad as an entree and the quantity was pretty low, same goes for the rodaballo fish, ok on the taste but very small portion size, both in therms of fish and sides. Thoroughly enjoy this place. Actually went two days in a row whilst in Valencia. I recommend the steak tartar professionally prepped tableside. Good fish and seafood. Very friendly and professional service. I gave 4 stars only because of stock issues ... our first visit we arrived early and ... ordered the last 4 cigalas as for the second trip they ran out of champagne. Otherwise, fantastic. Will definitely go again. Oh .... try the olive oil ... amazing. Read more

Man oh man! Not cheap but the rice dishes here and the fideua are great. I don't like desserts normally but loved their sorbet! Give yourself a treat!
