Absolutely terrible!!!! Only a few people in the dining room yet they need two servers to piggy back each other. Waited 25 minutes for food "which was fine" HOWEVER why was both of our meals ice cold when brought to us. We decided to leave and she still charged us ... for the one soda lol. I gave this location a few chances and it just gets worse. I went to the other location across town and was served within ten minutes with no problems. Have a pep talk with your staff. Came in Friday night with my daughter. It was a great experience. Seated immediately. Then server was very nice. I had the honey dill chicken sandwich and hot honey chicken wings. It was legitimately perfect and the wings were awesome. They toast there buns good there! My daughter had the kids ... chicken fingers and fries with a Cotten candy milk drink. I’ve been coming here for months now. Whether it be after a long shift or on my days off I always have the best service ever. Abbey is normally our server and we love her so much. She’s so kind and always keeps up even when she’s working alone and ... gets bombarded with a rush. Truly couldn’t ask for a better server! I always look forward to seeing her whenever we come in. Rachel is also a ray of sunshine and works equally as hard, she sets the standard for great bar service. BP’s bar side never disappoints, especially with what they put up with! Read more

Placed an order online through the website for pick up. Was super upset about the missing items and how they made one of the items we ordered. We called and spoke to a male manager who was sent helpful. Re called later and spoke to the manager tammy. She was ... extremely helpful and resolved our issue. Kindest manager I’ve ever spoken to at any location. Will definitely be re ordering and going in due to her amazing kindergarten. Read more
