Tito’s Pizza - St. Catharines, Ontario

This was my favorite place in the entire town, but I have to literally give it 1 star because I could not even order my pizza. The person on the phone was super lazy and I had to list the order myself! In fact I asked him if he even ... knew what the website special order was he said "I have no idea" and just continued not helping me. I asked to speak to the manager and he said she is not in, so I just cancelled my order out of frustration. REALLY frustrating and I will just have to find a new pizza place to go to. Read more

I've had nothing but good food and service from Titos pizza. I went in and waited 15 minutes while a few people (who I assume we're completely wasted) held the cashier for so long while my food sat in the back. Not the employees fault but there were 2 employees ... standing in the back while I wasn't even acknowledged for this whole time. Then, I finally get home to find out that the pizza was completely mangled. No dough on some spots and flopped over toppings. Every employee I saw was very young and looked like they had no sense of direction. Will not be returning after this experience. Read more

I absolutely love Tito's pizza! My fiance and I discovered it recently and have never been disappointed! Not only do they have a delicious selection of food but they also have fantastic customer service. Always love going on Fridays for the great party platter deal! Can't beat it!!

Not happy with my pizza at all 😠ordered 2 party pizza and there was no cheese on them at all,was thin as a paper and tastes like cardboard. Will not order from this place ever again.
