Little Caesars - St. Catharines, Ontario

Called to place an order and was told it would only take 5 minutes. Arrived at the Carlton location 10 minutes after the call. I come in to pick up my order and the lady says "just another minute its in the oven" I take a seat and promptly wait ... and wait and wait. 15 minutes go by, I ask "what's going on?" and she then tells me that they haven't even cooked the items yet. Overall frustrated with the lack of honesty. The plus side of the whole 30 minute experience is I was fortunate enough to regain my self worth and leave with my dignity intact, for I did not consume Little Caesars on this night. Read more

Came at 9:30 pm half an hour before closing and the two white teen girls working there seemed so annoyed that I wanted to order half an hour before closing and didn’t even look at me to take my order and even when she ended up taking it she didn’t ... say thank you or anything horrible customer service then on top of that she goes to the back and started making my pizza without even washing her hands straight from dealing with cash to making pizza DISGUSTING and the whole time I was there 10-15 mins so many Uber orders kept coming in and they didn’t even bother to accept the orders completely ignored all those customers trying to order , this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced !! Rude staff. Showed up 25 minutes before closing and they pulled a fit in the back making our pizzas. The two teenage girls then denied 2 other customers orders after mine..it was only 945 at that point She came up to the front and said loudly to her friend "they're ... just lucky" I was blown away. . As I walked out at 950 they closed the lights and locked the doors behind me. I only showed up there at that point because they wouldn't let me order online. Everyone knows Little C's is garbage tier pizza. But typically their low prices make up for that. I haven't been in a few months and was caught off guard when I realized they now charge $2 + HST for crazy crust. This used to be the one good thing they ... had going for them. Due to this I will not be returning. Not because I can't afford the additional $2.30 per pie, but out of principal. You may as well get good pizza from another place cause these prices for this low tier pizza is laughable. This place rarely ever has hot and readys ready, The older lady cook has a bad attitude for a little Cesar’s employee , who should provide good customer service. Be prepared to wait 15-25 minutes for a hot and ready. I think this location needs to look into their management and ... bring in someone who can handle organization under pressure. Pizza was alright it was little Cesar’s at the end of the day. Read more
