Just had the pleasure of popping into Antipastos, and let me tell you, fantastic! They've got a treasure trove of fresh, authentic Italian goodies – cured meats, marinated veggies, the lot! Perfect for whipping up an antipasto platter that'll knock your socks off. Top-notch ingredients, lovely staff, and what a ... selection! If you're looking for a taste of the Med right here in Ontario, you can't go wrong with Antipastos. Recommendations for the Subs: The Godfather, Montreal Smoked meat, and Meatballs Sub. They also sell baby potatoes cooked to perfection (not sure if some of you would appreciate the taste of skin or not) in small or big takeaway boxes. Their hot food and salad bar section has several tasty options. Their veggie lasagna (in the frozen section) is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve enjoyed and recommend both their cheese tortellini and chicken stir fry dinner! They are very generous with the homemade sauce in their ... meals too. Great place for fresh healthy food including variety of breads and sweets or bakery items. Staff was friendly and place was clean and well maintained. There is an area to sit and eat there which is basic but nice. Looks like they have separate party area as well but I could ... only see the chandelier as it was walled within the shop. We stopped into Antipastos today for lunch after hearing good things about their sandwiches and deli area. Have to say, they live up to the hype. Very convenient pick up and order counter, large selection of sandwiches, pizza, salads, and desserts. The prices are reasonable for the amount and quality ... of food you’re getting and there is enough staff to handle multiple customers. We ordered a few sandwiches, a piece of pizza and several pastries. All were delicious and well prepared. Would highly recommend you check them out if ever in the area. Read more
