I love this place! Simple yet delicious food kind of like homemade style, great variety. Love the cannelloni especially, but truthfully they can do no wrong with any dish!

Great, Fresh sandwiches ! I got an assorted sandwhich for around $8. The bun was nice and fresh, the meat sliced on the spot, and it had a great selection of meat. Vegetables were nice and fresh, crisp lettuce . Overall, great sandwhich! Helen's is great for every kind of meal, a quick coffee / snack, a leisurely lunch, a hot soup or wrap and they gave a good array of salads and meats in their bar. Some yummy desserts too! Very friendly people, I love how they cut the meat in front of you. I ordered a cold sandwich, which was great. Their salad bar is good too. Just some points of improvement, the lady making my sandwich didn’t ask what bread I wanted and gave me a random one, learned ... later that there were options but she had already made the sandwich and didn’t want to be a jerk. Also need more condiment options, a bit basic. All around great spot, will definitely return if I’m in St Catherine’s. Read more

Huge selection of sandwiches and a large salad bar. Also a good selection of desserts! Sandwich portion looked a bit small but was really filling. This is half of the pork schnitzel on onion bun.
