What a gyp. $13.30 tax in for a small beef burrito, small fries which were NOT fresh, they were cold and a water. The price on the board is $10.29, so when she said $13.30 I did simple math and said that's too much. She replies "$1.50 EXTRA, to UPGRADE ... to water." Gimme a break. The food was terrible. If you want to see an empty restaurant, deal with staff bogged down with a monotonous routine, and taste some average food, then this KFC Taco Bell is the perfect place for you. The staff is either understaffed or did not receive enough training on customer experience that they can ... offer an experience true to the big name of KFC and Taco Bell. Absolutely ridiculous! Depender apparently the "manager" is extremely rude aswel enexperienced to say the least. ill be contacting Corporate. Owner needs to get its employees in order the lack of customer service and knowledge in what they are doing is sad. TRAINING needs to Be put in place immediately. ... If I'm waiting 20 minutes for an order I expect that order to be hot and correct. They Need to take responsibility for there mistakes as well. Basically robbery you messed the order up you fix it replace it or give a refund..instead tonight you took my food threw it in the garbage and tried to refuse me my receipt then told me to leave (i left with nothing but you have my $65) . This place is a disgrace will probably be closed down in the next year or so if it continues to treat customers the way they do. They added guacamole for some reason on my chalupa and the fries supreme was missing stuff. And I waited for almost 10 minutes even though it was only 2 things and I pre-ordered on the app. Update: turns out I'm allergic to avocado.
