came up to order and there was a "be back in 30 minutes" sign and when the employee came back 25 minutes later said she still had time on her break to eat so did not serve us and we waited another 15 minutes to be served. would have been ... appropriate to serve the customers who had been waiting the 30 minutes and then gone back on break instead of making many customers leave or wait angrily and upset. has happened more than once coming up to this yogen fruz with a sign saying "be back in a couple minutes" and leaving the place unattended. bad customer service. TERRIBLE hygiene practices by a young girl who works at this frozen yogurt place. She coughed in her hand right before grabbing the cup and making my frozen yogurt and when she took the paper of the cube of yogurt, pieces of the paper fell into the cup so later I ... discovered paper in my frozen yogurt. 70% of the time I go to this yogen fruz their machines are always down or something is wrong with something it's really disappointing most the time I seriously thinking it's the employees just making it up cause they don't wanna work. Also they are suppose to close at the ... time stated when I went there 20 mins before they were supposed to close the girl refused to serve me cause she insisted they were closed. I love the frozen yogurt but always problems at this one. There are two great girls that work there tho. Read more

UPSETTING UPDATE!! --- Found out today that the employees that have told us that the frozen yogurt, desert, and smoothie machines were broken were lying on most of the occasions, and that they were really operational the whole time!! So dissapointing that they ruin the YOGENFRUZ experience like this!! Although ... the oriental girl and coloured girl that work there are great and make the YOGENFRUZ experience great when they are working! YOGENFRUZ needs more employees like these two! (Sorry I don't know your names) The pen centre yogen fruz is extremely dissapointing! I would say 50/50 chance the machine will be broken when wanting frozen yogurt or frozen desert and will only be able to serve ice cream. The frozen yogurt when able to serve is amazing! Too yogen fruz: PLEASE BUY A NEW MACHINE THAT WILL STOP BREAKING. IT TOTALLY RUINS OUR DAY WHEN YOUR MACHINE IS BROKEN. Lol Read more
