Ladies at the counter are all great when we go there, always pleasant conversations and service. The food is really good, although the chicken fingers have a touch of spice. Most probably love it, but my body can't do any spice. The place is always clean. Haven't been in the ... washrooms, so I don't know about their cleanliness. It's a Dairy Queen, the same as any other. It could have been cleaner, the store looks like it needs a facelift. The staff was friendly during my visit, therefore they got the extra star.

I asked to use the bathroom with my 10yr old and I’ve never been so grossed out by an establishments facilities as I was at this location! I am confident it hasn’t been cleaned in a VERY long time. Feces all up the back of the toilet and dirt and dust ... /hair all around the bottom of the bowl. The floor and sink were also dirty… I will not be going back to this location ever!! Read more

This has been my main dq since I've lived in st catahrines and I've been here for over 14 years. They never disappoint in my opinion on every occasion I've been there. From the chilli cheesedogs and all types of blizzards. Even when you get a ridiculous blizzard with tons ... of fillings. Writing this is literally making me crave some dq🤤🤤🤤🤤.
