Great customer service! We ordered wings one night, close to closing, and they were falling apart and soggy with too much sauce. We called the next day and they gave us a credit for another 2 pounds of wings. They were very apologetic and kind!

Ordered large pizza and wings just after 2pm, around 3:20 I called and asked if my order was on its way. I was told yes, 3:45 my order still did not arrive and called back. On hold for another 10 mims after asking where our order was as ... we don't live 15 to 20 mins away ! We ended up canceling our order, I am not paying 55 dollars for a cold large pizza and 2lbs of wings. This is not been the first time there has been a problem when ordering from here. Wow ordered from here years ago and decided to try it again , I never leave reviews but I feel I must stop people from getting ripped off we ordered a four item pizza . I am so bummed. I haven't been here in years but I remembered it being my absolute favorite place for pizza. So of course now that im back in the area i had to order. Got a cheese and pep party tray tonight. What a disappointment. What happened?? Dough is ... flat and tough to chew. Sauce is abnormally acidic and spicy. Cheese is like rubber.
